Send email to support@pseoguard.com. Messages are routed to the pSEO Guard support inbox for review and reply.
Include the page or workflow you were using, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. For a WordPress publishing issue, include the Project and Job labels shown in the app, but do not send passwords, session cookies, OAuth codes, API tokens, or WordPress Application Passwords.
Use the signed-in Account panel when you want to delete your account and saved pSEO Guard data. For access, correction, privacy, or deletion questions that cannot be completed in the app, email support@pseoguard.com from the address associated with the account.
Deleting pSEO Guard data does not delete or change remote WordPress content. Roll back published pages first if they should no longer remain public.
Stop before retrying if a WordPress Job has an unclear remote result. Keep the Job history intact, verify the remote Page in WordPress, and describe the affected stage in your message. Repeated retries can make reconciliation harder.
Report suspected account compromise, exposed credentials, or a security vulnerability to support@pseoguard.com. Explain the issue and a safe way to reproduce it. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt production, or include active secrets in the report.
