Internal linking is the practice of linking from one page to another page on the same site so users and crawlers can discover related content and understand how pages fit into the site's information architecture.
Why internal linking matters in programmatic SEO
Programmatic page families can create hundreds or thousands of valid URLs, but those pages still need a navigable place in the site. Internal links connect child pages to parents, related entities, categories, guides, and other useful next steps instead of leaving the family as a sitemap-only collection.
