Stable identifiers
Treat issue code as the machine identifier and the rule URL as its public human-readable reference.
- Issue code example: near_duplicate.
- Docs URL example: /docs/rules/near-duplicate/.
- Do not infer that a missing issue means an unmeasured check passed.
Decision vocabulary
Ready, Review, Blocked and Checking have explicit meanings. Agents should preserve those meanings instead of collapsing them into a numeric quality score.
Current automation boundary
Use these Docs to interpret audit results and cite their stable references. They do not grant an agent permission to publish, change a site, or act on someone’s behalf.
