Ready, Review and Blocked are decisions, not scores

The final status is derived from rule findings in one place so the summary, rows, filters and export cannot disagree about the same page.

Last updated

Ready

Ready means none of the checks that actually ran produced an issue requiring action. It does not mean Google will index or rank the page, and it does not override an explicit coverage gap.

Review

Review means the page needs a human decision, a softer threshold was crossed, or an important check is incomplete.

  • Examples: shared intent, unusual title length, noindex state, incomplete content-risk coverage.

Blocked

Blocked means at least one issue should stop the page from moving forward until it is resolved.

  • Examples: missing identifying fields, duplicate URL, unresolved placeholder, near-duplicate content, live URL collision.

Checking

Checking is temporary. It appears while content-risk checks are still running so a structurally clean page is not falsely labeled Ready before those checks finish.
