Troubleshoot the result before changing the source data
Start with the symptom pSEO Guard shows you. A failed import, a Review finding and a Not measured check mean different things and should not be fixed the same way.

The CSV will not import
Confirm the file has one header row and at least one page row. If a quoted value contains commas, keep it correctly quoted and close every quoted field. The browser audit accepts up to 5,000 rows per run.
Content checks say Not measured
Content similarity and page-specific value checks need body text. Add content_text when body-level review matters. Do not interpret a missing content measurement as a clean result.
A parent is reported missing
Check that parent_url is valid and that the matching parent URL is included in the same submitted page set. The CSV audit does not silently assume an external hub exists.
Existing Site Guard saw fewer pages than expected
Check scan coverage before changing the page plan. robots.txt, the request budget, redirects, unavailable pages and missing body text can all reduce what the scanner can compare.
The result stays in Checking
Checking is temporary while content analysis finishes. If the analysis cannot complete, affected pages should move to a reviewable coverage state instead of being marked Ready.
